Allan Rockhill - Apostolic Leader and Pastor
Allan Rockhill ("Rocky") has been in ministry for over 45 years. He hails from South Africa where he pastored many churches and started a ministry for business men and woman called Kings. When the Lord led him to Cornerstone 7 years ago, he and his wife Cheryl Lynn answered the call to come lead Cornerstone Chapel. He serves as the Apostolic leader and pastor of Cornerstone. He and his wife have three grown children and 6 grandchildren in South Africa.
Cheryl Lynn Rockhill
Cheryl Lynn has been married to Rocky for over 45 years and together they have served in ministry for most of their marriage. They have three adult children and 6 grandchildren. Throughout their time in ministryCheryl Lynn has served in various roles including counseling and children's ministries. She enjoys cake baking/decorating, sewing, and painting in her spare time. She loves to see people's lives change for the Kingdom through discipleship and personal ministry. At Cornerstone she serves as the Children's Ministry facilitator and continues to help with counseling of people.
John Bachtel
John came to be part of the Cornerstone Leadership team in 2018 when he and his family joined the church. He and his wife Traci have been married for 16 years and have one son. In his previous church he served where necessary, behind the scenes. He loves the prophetic and God is using him in this gifting more and more! He loves to see the prophetic open up the lives of believers on their journey. In his spare time he enjoys working in his shop and with antique tractors, he owns two! He currently serves on the prophetic ministry and foster care ministry.
Traci Bachtel
Traci came to be part of the Cornerstone Leadership team in 2018 when she and her family joined the church. She is married to John and together they have one son. Traci has served in various roles in ministry, including youth pastor, administrator, and teacher/preacher. She enjoys photography. At Cornerstone she serves in the children's ministry, is part of the teaching and preaching team, and also is the administrative assistant. She loves to help believers go deeper in their personal walks and have a better understanding of the scriptures and how they affect everyday life.
DeeAnn Bibey
Deeann Bibey has been married to Sean Bibey for eight years. They have two adult children and two grandsons. Deeann has been a member of Cornerstone Chapel since 2022 and she leads our Harvest team. She also is Vice president of Mighty Wind Christian Outreach, a local 501C3, that focuses on Home restoration for veterans, widows, and single parents and distributes free meals to the less fortunate in our community. Deeann is a member of our hospitality team and children's church. Deeann enjoys gardening , canning, and baking. She has compassion and love for those who are hurting and encourages them with the word of God.
Sean Bibey
Sean Bibey has been married to Deeann Bibey for eight years. They have two adult children and two grandsons. Sean has been a member of Cornerstone Chapel since 2022 and he leads our outreach Harvest team. He also is president of Mighty Wind Christian Outreach, a local 501C3, that focuses on Home restoration for veterans, widows, and single parents and distributes free meals to the less fortunate in our community. Sean enjoys carpentry , woodworking, fishing, and sharing the word with others.Sean’s heart is to reach the lost and encourage new believers to abide in Christ and believe in the power of the name of Jesus and the authority we have in Christ.
Sheila Gross
Sheila has been a part of Cornerstone Chapel for over 30 years. Together with her husband Wayne they have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Sheila has served in various roles in those 30 years including children's ministry, facilities ministry, prophetic ministry, and administration. She enjoys watching kids experience the love of God in new ways everyday! She currently serves in the children's and facilities ministries.
Wayne Gross
Wayne has been a part of Cornerstone Chapel for over 30 years.Together with his wife Sheila they have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Wayne has served in many roles over that time. He is a lead prophetic voice for Cornerstone. He also helps with the video/audio ministry. He would describe himself as a prayer warrior and encourager. He loves to help and develop people in the knowledge and appreciation that our Heavenly Father wants to talk to them. He currently serves in the prophetic ministry and is part of the teaching/preaching team. He enjoys scuba diving and golf when he has the opportunity.
Ken Shallenberger
Ken has been part of Cornerstone for many years and served on leadership much of that time. He and his wife, Donna have four adult daughters and two grandchildren. He has served the Kingdom as a pastor and youth pastor. He was the co-founder and executive director of a local mission, the Refuge of Hope. He is a missionary to the Dominican Republic and he currently facilitates the outreach/evangelism ministry at Cornerstone. He also serves on the teaching and preaching team. He enjoys traveling, hunting, and fishing as he finds time. He is most passionate about helping people find and develop their calling and encouraging believers to think bigger than themselves.
Linda Reid
Linda has been part of Cornerstone for many years and served on
leadership much of that time. She has three adult children and seven
grandchildren. She has served the Kingdom faithfully for over 50 years
in various roles and ministries. Among her favorite are hospitality and
one-on-one ministry. She's hosts people in her home regularly to love
on and encourage them. She enjoys gardening, decorating, and travel.
Her heart is to see people get ahold of the person of Jesus and be
transformed by the love of God forever!
Our Mission
Cornerstone Chapel is a well of blessing and power where people are rescued, refreshed, strengthened, healed and equipped to demonstrate and share the love of God and the evidence of His kingdom, both locally and abroad.
